First, Customer background and initial needs
This customer from Afghanistan is engaged in construction and agriculture related industries. As his business grew, his need for building materials and agricultural facilities increased. This time, he need to purchase galvanized mesh, which was designed to meet its various application needs in safety protection and in the agricultural field. In terms of construction, his engineering projects require galvanized mesh to build temporary fences for buildings to ensure the safety of the construction site and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering and the loss of building materials. At the same time, these meshes also need to have a certain degree of strength and stability, and be able to withstand external impacts and the effects of natural environments such as wind and sun. In the agricultural field, the customer plans to use galvanized mesh to make fences for poultry breeding to prevent the poultry from straying and the intrusion of wild animals from the outside.In addition, it is also planned to use mesh to build crop drying racks. The mesh is required to have good ventilation and anti-rust properties to ensure the quality and hygiene of crops during the drying process.

1.Customized product specifications
1-1.Galvanized mesh for construction. In response to the safety protection needs of construction projects, we customized rectangular mesh with a height of 2 meters and a length of 3 meters for customer. The wire diameter of the mesh is made of 4mm galvanized steel wire to ensure that it has sufficient strength. The mesh size is designed to be 5cm × 5cm, which can effectively prevent people from entering without affecting the construction workers' sight. The mesh connection method adopts a hook-type connection design, which facilitates construction workers to quickly install and disassemble on site. At the same time, in order to enhance the stability of the mesh, the frame of each mesh is made of thickened galvanized steel pipes, which improves the overall wind resistance.
1-2. Galvanized mesh for agriculture. For poultry breeding fences, according to the actual size of the customer's farm, customize the mesh with a height of 1.5 meters and a length that can be cut freely according to customer’s needs. Choose galvanized steel wire with a wire diameter of 3mm and a mesh size of 3cm × 3cm, which can prevent poultry from drilling out and ensure good ventilation. In order to facilitate installation, a mounting hole is reserved every 50cm on the edge of the mesh.Customers can fix the mesh to the fence bracket through bolts or iron wires.Considering the use needs of crop drying racks, we customized a special rhombus mesh galvanized mesh. The size of the mesh is 2m × 1m, and the wire diameter is 2.5mm. The rhombus mesh design can increase air circulation and speed up the drying of crops. At the same time, in order to improve the carrying capacity of the mesh, a reinforcing rib design is used at the bottom of the mesh to withstand a certain weight of crops.
2. Optimization of galvanizing process. In order to meet the harsh natural environmental conditions in Afghanistan and ensure that the galvanized mesh has good anti-rust performance, we have strictly controlled and optimized the galvanizing translations.
2-1. Using advanced hot-dip galvanizing process, the mesh is immersed in high temperature zinc liquid to fully integrate the zinc layer with the surface of the steel wire to form a dense zinc-iron alloy layer.This zinc layer has high adhesion and corrosion resistance, which can effectively extend the service life of the mesh.
2-2. During the galvanizing process, parameters such as the temperature, concentration, and soaking time of the zinc solution must be strictly controlled. Ensure that the thickness of the zinc layer is uniform and reaches more than 60 grams per square meter required by national standards.At the same time,the galvanized mesh was passivated to improve the corrosion resistance of the zinc layer, so that it can maintain good anti-rust properties in Afghanistan's drought, dusty and possible acid rain environments.
Third, Quality inspection and control
In order to ensure the quality of each piece of galvanized mesh meets customer’s requirements, we have established strict quality inspection system.
1. During the material procurement process, quality inspection is conducted on each batch of galvanized steel wire to check whether the diameter, strength, zinc layer thickness and other indicators of the steel wire meet national standards and customer customization requirements. Only materials pass inspection can enter the production workshop.
2. During the production process, each process is monitored in real time to ensure that the weaving accuracy, dimensional specifications and galvanizing quality of the mesh meet predetermined standards. For example, by using professional mesh measurement tools, regularly check whether the mesh size is uniform; using a coating thickness gauge to detect whether the thickness of the zinc layer meets the standard.
3. Conduct comprehensive quality inspection on each piece of galvanized mesh before the finished product leaves the factory. This includes an appearance inspection to ensure that the surface of the mesh is smooth, free of zinc burrs, and scratches; a strength test is performed to simulate actual usage scenarios, and a certain external force is applied to the mesh to check whether it can withstand it without deformation or damage; at the same time, it also a salt spray test was conducted to simulate harsh environmental conditions and verify whether the anti-corrosion performance of the mesh met expectations. Only mesh sheets pass all testing items can be put into cabinets and delivered to customers.
Fourth, Delivery and customer feedback
1. The delivery process went through intense production and strict quality inspection. The galvanized mesh for the two cabinets was produced on time and successfully delivered to the customer. In terms of packaging, we use moisture-proof and rustproof packaging materials, At the same time, clear product information, quantity, weight and customer contact information are marked on the cabinet to facilitate transportation and customs clearance.
