Barbed Wire

The barbed wire is twisted by a fully automatic barbed wire machine. Barbed wires are divided into galvanized barbed wire, aluminum alloy barbed wire and PVC coated barbed wire. Surface treatment processes of the barbed wire include electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, and plastic spraying. The barbed wire has different colors: silver, blue, green and yellow, etc.

Generally, it's high-quality low-carbon steel wires (galvanized wires) or PVC-coated iron wires.

Isolation and protection of grassland borders, farmland, railways, highways, or factory areas, private villas, high-wall fences, first floors of community buildings, construction sites, military airports, banks, prisons, money printing plants, bungalows, low walls, as well as theft prevention and protection of other places.

The types of the barbed wire according to its surface treatment process:

1. Galvanized barbed wire

As its name indicates, it's galvanized iron wires. There are two types of galvanized barbed wires available, electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized.

Our factory produces IOWA type galvanized barbed wire, with 2 strands twisted and the length of each barbs of 1.3 cm. And the space distance between barbs is: 3-6 inches (tolerance ± 1/2 inch).

The galvanized barbed wire offered by us is suitable for industrial, agricultural, animal husbandry, residential, plantation fields or fencing protection.

Packaging: in rolls.

2. Aluminized barbed wire

Aluminum-coated barbed wire is a new product that has just been launched. Its surface is covered with a layer of aluminum, so it is also called aluminized barbed wire. Everyone knows that aluminum does not corrode, so aluminized barbed wire with surface aluminum plating process can greatly improve its anti-corrosion ability and make its service life last longer.

3. PVC-coated barbed wire

The surface treatment of PVC barbed wire is PVC-coated, and the core wire is iron wire, or electro-galvanized iron wire or hot-dip iron wire.
