BRC Fence

BRC Fence: Also known as "Welded Fence", unlike other types of fences, BRC Fence is pre-welded, able to maintain its shape for a longer period and does not require frequent maintenance. Its top and bottom are curved and it uses thick steel wires to withstand external impacts. Additionally, the precise mesh structure of the BRC roll-top fence ensures the good visibility without blocking your view.

BRC fencing, also known as roll-top fencing, is a specially designed welded wire mesh fence with unique rolled edges at the top and bottom. The fence is made of high-strength steel wires that are welded and curved to form a unique triangular roller surface. This design provides solid construction and precise mesh. The rolled edges not only provide a user-friendly surface, but also enhance stiffness and visibility.

BRC fence mesh panels are not only ultra-high strength; they also embody environmental awareness. This fencing system is fully recyclable, making it a "green" option that not only reduces maintenance costs but also promotes sustainability.

Our pre-welded BRC welded fences offer significant advantages over traditional fences in retaining their shape and strength over time. Additionally, all of our panels and fence posts are hot-dip galvanized or polyester powder coated, making them virtually maintenance-free.

The most popular color for our fences is green RAL6029 as it blends seamlessly into the background, making it the first choice for many customers. Also, in areas where there is a lot of black material, such as railings or window frames, customers often choose black RAL9005. The blue RAL5005 and red RAL2002 are popular choices for schools or businesses looking to match their brand or school colours. Finally, some customers choose white RAL9003 to give the fence a unique and clean aesthetic.

BRC fence posts, roll-top fence panels are made of hot-dip galvanized square hollow steel profiles with the size of 60 x 60 x 2.0 mm or 60 x 80 mm (other sizes available), suitable for fence with the heights of 1.2 meters or 2.4 meters. Longer posts are available for taller fences. The panels are secured to the posts with steel clamps and galvanized safety fasteners with the size of 6.0 mm that are screwed into threaded inserts in the posts. All posts come with protective plastic end caps.

Based on surface treatment, BRC fence can be divided into the following three types:

· Hot-dip galvanized (505 g/m²).

· Electro-galvanizing (galvanizing amount: 8-12 g/m²), and PVC/PE coating (thickness: 0.8-1.2 mm)

· Electro-galvanizing (galvanized layer thickness: 8-12 g/m²), and polyester powder coating (thickness: 0.1 mm)

Clips play a vital role in holding the grid and posts together securely. There are two main types of these clips:

Plastic Clips: These clips are designed to be UV-resistant, rustproofing, and corrosion-resistant to ensure a long service life. They are particularly suitable for outdoor areas with much exposure to nature.

Galvanized Iron Clamps: These clamps are corrosion-resistant due to their galvanized coating. They provide a strong and durable connection between the net and the posts.

All fittings and fixtures are galvanized in accordance with ASTM A. 123, A153 and BS 729 and conform to ASTM F626 – Standard Specification for Fence Fixtures.

BRC fences are widely used in urban areas, originally for parking lots, city parks, roadside fences and residential areas. They have also been adapted for temporary use during building construction to protect construction crews working on the upper floors. Hot-dip galvanized finish is the first choice for outdoor areas due to its durability and corrosion resistance.

Protecting our products during shipping is a top priority and we offer a variety of packaging options to suit different needs. For the packaging of BRC fence panels, we follow specific procedures to ensure safe shipping:

1. Install BRC fence panels individually onto steel pallets. Alternately position each board with one "face up" and the other "face down" to maximize loading capacity.

2. Install corner covers on the four corners of the pallet to protect the edges of the panel.

3. Use steel straps to secure the panels to the pallet, making sure they are securely fastened.

4. Wrap the entire pallet with plastic film to provide additional moisture protection.

As for the posts, they can be packed like BRC fence panels, loaded on steel pallets. V-Shaped clamps, rainproof caps and bolts and nuts are packed in cartons.
