BRC Fence

The BRC Fence, also known as Roll Top Fence, features a distinctive rolled top and bottom edge, ensuring safety with no sharp edges. Constructed from high-strength steel wires welded into a rigid mesh, this design offers both durability and an unobstructed view, making it ideal for various applications.

Material: Low carbon steel wire (Q195, Q235)

Wire Diameter: 3.0–6.0 mm

Panel Height: 900–2400 mm

Panel Width: 1000–3000 mm

Mesh Size: 50 × 100 mm, 50 × 150 mm, 50 × 200 mm, etc.

Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized with PVC/PE coating, or polyester powder coating

Color Options: Green (RAL 6005), Black (RAL 9005), White (RAL 9010), and customizable upon request.

Based on surface treatment, BRC fence can be divided into the following three types:

· Hot-dip galvanized (505 g/m²).

· Electro-galvanizing (galvanizing amount: 8-12 g/m²), and PVC/PE coating (thickness: 0.8-1.2 mm)

· Electro-galvanizing (galvanized layer thickness: 8-12 g/m²), and polyester powder coating (thickness: 0.1 mm)

Clips play a vital role in holding the grid and posts together securely. There are two main types of these clips:

Plastic Clips: These clips are designed to be UV-resistant, rustproofing, and corrosion-resistant to ensure a long service life. They are particularly suitable for outdoor areas with much exposure to nature.

Galvanized Iron Clamps: These clamps are corrosion-resistant due to their galvanized coating. They provide a strong and durable connection between the net and the posts.

All fittings and fixtures are galvanized in accordance with ASTM A. 123, A153 and BS 729 and conform to ASTM F626 – Standard Specification for Fence Fixtures.

Standard Installation: Posts buried 600–800 mm into the ground and set with concrete for stability.

Surface Mount Installation: Posts equipped with welded flanges fixed onto concrete surfaces using anchor bolts.

Quality Assurance: Manufactured in compliance with ISO9001, CE, BV, and SGS standards, ensuring high quality and reliability.

Fence Panels: Individually placed on steel pallets, secured with straps, and wrapped in plastic film for moisture protection.

Posts: Packaged similarly, with protective plastic caps on each post.

Accessories: Clips, clamps, and fasteners packed in labeled cartons for easy identification.
